Once you have selected an accommodation, first please look at our calendar:

accommodations with confirmed reservation. If the room or cabina you would
like is not listed below, then it is available. We do not keep track
of walk-ins on the web calendar,
Tesoro Escondido is 4 miles out of town, and does not cater to many "walk-ins".
Because we rely heavily on our internet reservation system, we must require
that a 50% deposit be made at the time of reservation, and that the balance
be paid at the time of arrival. Once you have determined what is available,
please e-mail us, and we will provide you with deposit information. Please
see our special section on "what
to bring".
Payment:
Deposit payment
(or your whole stay if you wish) can be made via checks, drawn from a
US bank in US dollars, and mailed to the US prior to your arrival..
We can accept payment by credit cards, but only through PAYPAL.
Because we strive to keep our rates low for everyone, payment made through
Paypal will have a 5% surcharge added to it.
If you are using PAYPAL to make your 50% deposit, then we will only charge
you the 5% on the deposit, not the whole amount, unless you wish to pay
your whole stay with PAYPAL.
On site we also accept traveler's checks.
Refunds:
If your cancellation request is received by e-mail, 60 days or more before
booking date, you will be refunded the deposit minus 10% handling fee.
If your cancellation request is received by e-mail, 30 days or more before
booking date, you will be refunded the deposit minus 20% handling fee.
If your cancellation request is received by e-mail, less than 30 days
before booking date, you will ONLY be refunded the deposit minus 20% handling
fee IF we are able to rent the accommodation for that same period of time.
If your reservation
was made through an intermediary (i.e. travel agent) and you inform that
person of your cancellation request, be sure that they forward it immediately
to us.
